Meet David Hess

He became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise in 1996. After injuring his low back in 2001 David discovered the benefits of therapeutic massage therapy. He became licensed in 2003 and has primarily worked in chiropractic offices, sports medicine and physical therapy clinics.

In addition to the therapeutic massage David also has a lot of experience in sports massage. In 2004 he worked with the USA Olympic Wrestling Team before they went to Athens. He was the sports massage therapist for Florida Atlantic University’s Mens Basketball team from 2006-2011, as well as Sports Massage Team Captain for the Palm Beach County chapter of the FSMTA (Florida State Massage Therapy Association) and assembled the massage team for
the inaugural Palm Beach Marathon.

David believes in practicing what he preaches. Along with his wife he runs marathons, does resistance training, swims, bikes, kayaks and of course gets regular massages.
