Dr. David Rudnick, DC, DACBSP, is a board-certified sports medicine chiropractor with more than 17 years of private practice experience dedicated to sports medicine, biomechanics, injury rehabilitation, and performance-based care. As Owner and President of Chiropractic and Sports Rehabilitation Institute in Boynton Beach, Florida, he has built a practice focused on helping athletes and active individuals move better, recover more efficiently, and return to sport training and life with a higher level of confidence and resilience.

With a clinical foundation rooted in movement analysis, functional biomechanics, and individualized rehabilitation, Dr. Rudnick is known for integrating precise diagnosis with practical, results-driven treatment strategies. His work emphasizes not only symptom reduction, but also identifying the mechanical and performance factors that contribute to overload, inefficiency, and recurrent injury. This approach has allowed him to care for a wide range of patients, from highly active adults and youth athletes to elite competitors performing at the highest levels of sport.

Dr. Rudnick’s professional background spans both amateur and professional athletics. He has provided sports medicine coverage for events including the Olympic Rowing Team Trials, USA Wrestling Cadet Freestyle and Greco National Championships, the World Masters Rowing Championship, Sarasota-Bradenton ITU Triathlon, and ongoing sideline medical and sports chiropractic coverage across multiple sports settings. His experience across these environments has shaped a practical understanding of injury demands, sport-specific movement patterns, and the rehabilitation needs unique to athletes at different levels of competition.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Rudnick is actively involved in education and professional advancement within modern sports medicine. He serves as a Clinical Instructor for the Academy of Shockwave Excellence, an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at Keiser University College of Chiropractic Medicine, and has consulted with Major League Baseball on shockwave and sports rehabilitation applications and protocols. He has also delivered presentations on advanced musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-surgical and fracture management, tendon injury, and sports performance-related topics through grand rounds, professional symposia, and specialty education platforms.

A Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, Dr. Rudnick brings together longevity in practice, advanced clinical reasoning, and a deep appreciation for the demands of sport. His professional mission is centered on bridging the gap between injury, rehabilitation, and performance so that athletes and active individuals can not only recover, but continue to perform at a high level over the long term.
